Sergio Cuadra was born in Santiago Chile in 1970. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering and Enology from the University of Talca and has more than 15 years of experience in crafting fine wines from the most prestigious winegrowing regions in Chile as well as abroad. Sergio discovered his passion for wine as he worked first as a waiter and later as an apprentice sommelier in major restaurants in the Washington, D.C. area. In Sergio’s words, “Recommending wines to go with a dish was not only a new challenging experience, but great fun as well“.
